8 tortillas
2 cups chopped ham
2½ cups grated cheese

Add ham and cheese onto half of each tortilla. Fold the tortillas over to close. Toast in a dry pan over medium heat until golden and crispy on both sides, flipping once. Serve as is ore with salsa and guacamole.

Air Fryer Option:
Preheat airfryer to 190°C for 3 minutes. Assemble as instucted above.
Lightly brush outside with oil or spray with cooking spray (optional but helps crisp). Place quesadillas in basket (don’t overlap).
Cook at 190°C for 4–5 minutes.
Flip and cook another 3–4 minutes until, golden, crispy, cheese fully melted.
