4 packets instant noodles
Seasoning sachets from the noodles
6 cups water
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, etc.)
1½ cups grated cheese
¼ cup milk
Pour the water into a large pot and bring it to a boil over high heat. Add the noodles and the seasoning sachets to the pot. Stir gently to help the noodles start separating. Add the frozen vegetables to the pot. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender and the vegetables are heated through. Drain most of the liquid from the pot, but leave about ¼ cup of the cooking liquid with the noodles. This helps create a creamy sauce. Reduce the heat to low. Add the milk and grated cheese to the pot. Stir continuously until the cheese melts and forms a smooth, creamy sauce that coats the noodles and vegetables. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve warm.
