Method
- Melt chocolate and pour into molds or onto parchment circles.
- Add toppings and insert sticks.
- Chill until firm, then pop out and serve.

- Use silicone molds for super-easy release.
- No molds? Drop spoonfuls onto baking paper to make flat “lollipop circles”.
