Ingredients

  • 2 cups melting chocolate (milk, dark or white)
  • Assorted toppings: sprinkles, mini marshmallows, crushed nuts, Smarties, etc.
  • Lollipop sticks

Method

  1. Melt chocolate and pour into molds or onto parchment circles.
  2. Add toppings and insert sticks.
  3. Chill until firm, then pop out and serve.

Pro Tips

  • Use silicone molds for super-easy release.
  • No molds? Drop spoonfuls onto baking paper to make flat “lollipop circles”.
  • White chocolate + crushed peppermint crisp = South African magic!
  • Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks (if they last that long).
