Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked macaroni
- 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar works perfectly)
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup milk
- salt & pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 °C and grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin really well.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until everything is nicely coated.
- Spoon the mixture into the greased mini muffin tins (press down lightly).
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy on top.
- Let cool 5 minutes before popping them out — they’ll hold their shape perfectly.
