Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice cream
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 15 ml caramel essence
  • whipped cream (optional)
  • caramel sauce (optional)
  • caramel popcorn (optional)

Method

  1. Add the ice cream, milk and essence to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Drizzle some caramel sauce on the inside of the glass.
  4. Pour in the milkshake.
  5. Top with whipped cream, caramel sauce and caramel popcorn.

Pro Tips & Optional Add-Ons

  • Want it thicker? Start with only 3 tbsp milk and add more if needed
  • Extra caramel kick: swirl a spoon of caramel sauce into the blender too
  • Make it pretty: freeze the glass for 5 minutes before drizzling
  • Fun twist: add a pinch of sea salt on top for salted-caramel vibes
  • Kid favourite: throw in a handful of mini marshmallows before blending
