Ingredients
- 1 cup ice cream
- ¼ cup milk
- 15 ml caramel essence
- whipped cream (optional)
- caramel sauce (optional)
- caramel popcorn (optional)
Method
- Add the ice cream, milk and essence to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Drizzle some caramel sauce on the inside of the glass.
- Pour in the milkshake.
- Top with whipped cream, caramel sauce and caramel popcorn.
Pro Tips & Optional Add-Ons
- Want it thicker? Start with only 3 tbsp milk and add more if needed
- Extra caramel kick: swirl a spoon of caramel sauce into the blender too
- Make it pretty: freeze the glass for 5 minutes before drizzling
- Fun twist: add a pinch of sea salt on top for salted-caramel vibes
