Ingredients
- 1 cup ice cream
- ¼ cup milk
- 15 ml caramel essence
- whipped cream (optional)
- caramel sauce (optional)
- caramel popcorn (optional)
Method
- Add the ice cream, milk and essence to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Drizzle some caramel sauce on the inside of the glass.
- Pour in the milkshake.
- Top with whipped cream, caramel sauce and caramel popcorn.
Pro Tips & Optional Add-Ons
- For a thicker shake: use less milk or frozen milk cubes
- Extra flavour boost: add a pinch of salt or ½ tsp vanilla
- Boozy version: splash in 1–2 tbsp Baileys or Kahlúa
- Make it fancy: rim the glass with caramel sauce and crushed biscuit crumbs
