Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice cream
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 15 ml caramel essence
  • whipped cream (optional)
  • caramel sauce (optional)
  • caramel popcorn (optional)

Method

  1. Add the ice cream, milk and essence to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Drizzle some caramel sauce on the inside of the glass.
  4. Pour in the milkshake.
  5. Top with whipped cream, caramel sauce and caramel popcorn.

Pro Tips & Optional Add-Ons

  • For a thicker shake: use less milk or frozen milk cubes
  • Extra flavour boost: add a pinch of salt or ½ tsp vanilla
  • Boozy version: splash in 1–2 tbsp Baileys or Kahlúa
  • Make it fancy: rim the glass with caramel sauce and crushed biscuit crumbs
  • Kid-approved: top with rainbow sprinkandolo rainbow sprinkles or mini marshmallows
