Cool, fruity and soothing popsicles perfect for teething little ones.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • ¼ cup mango (fresh or frozen)
  • ¼ cup raspberries (or any other berry)
  • ½ cup milk (or breast milk / formula / plain yoghurt)
  • ½ tsp turmeric (optional – known to be soothing for baby’s gums)

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. (Silicone molds work well.)
  3. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
  4. Remove from the mold and allow to sit for a minute or two before giving to your baby.
