Ingredients
- 6 slices of bread
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ cup grated cheese
Method
- Cut bread into circles and press into muffin tins.
- Mix butter and garlic powder, brush over bread.
- Sprinkle cheese and bake at 180 °C for 10–12 minutes.

- Use a large glass or cookie cutter to get perfect circles.
- Add a pinch of dried parsley or oregano to the butter for extra flavour.
- For stronger garlic kick, use 2 fresh cloves (minced) instead of powder.
