Ingredients:
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 tin (400 g) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup grated cheese (or more, to taste)
- ½ tsp chilli powder (optional)
- Salsa, for serving
- Guacamole, for serving
- Sour cream, for serving
- Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven:
Heat oven to 190°C. - Assemble nachos:
Spread tortilla chips evenly on a baking tray.
Sprinkle over black beans, grated cheese, and chilli powder (if using). - Bake:
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. - Serve:
Serve immediately with salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and fresh coriander leaves.
Optional Add-Ins / Variations:
- Add leftover chicken, cooked mince, or chopped tomatoes for a heartier meal.
